Merries® Rewards is a loyalty programme which allows Merries® Singapore to reward you with Merries® gifts when you purchase Merries® products.

This loyalty programme is only available for purchases made in Singapore and from authorized resellers. Gift redemption is only valid for collection at Kao Singapore Pte Ltd office and/or deliveries to addresses in Singapore.

For every $1 spent on Merries® products*, you will be rewarded 1 Merries® rewards point.

For retail purchases (inclusive of GST) between $1.00 and $1.49, 1 Merries® rewards point will be awarded and for retail purchases (inclusive of GST) between $1.50 and $1.99, 2 Merries® rewards point will be awarded.

Only submissions which indicate that the order has been delivered will be approved. Points awarded will be based on the total sum after discount on the submitted receipt / invoice. Points will be invalid should you refund your purchase.

*All Merries® products, distributed by Kao Singapore, are eligible for this rewards points programme. Kao Singapore reserves the right to vary terms & conditions without prior notice

1) Sign up as a Merries® rewards member.

2) Access ‘My Account’ page and upload a clear photo of your receipt/invoice from participating authorized resellers. Please make sure that the following details are clearly indicated^ in the photo submitted – Purchase item(s), date of purchase, place of purchase and receipt/invoice number.

3) Please allow 3 – 5 working days for verification of receipts/invoices and awarding of points into your account.

Duplicate receipts / invoices submitted by the same or different users will be rejected.

Do note that receipts / invoices submitted should be within 2mb file size.

^Should submitted images be blurred or not legible, Merries® reserves the right to reject the submission.

Receipts must be submitted within 21 days from date of purchase.

Upon log-in, access ‘My Account’ page to review your Merries® rewards points.

Main authorized resellers for Merries® in Singapore are Amazon Singapore, BHG Welcia, Cold Storage, Don Don Donki, Giant, Guardian, Isetan, Meidiya, NTUC, FairPrice, RedMart, Panda Mart, Sheng Siong, Official online Merries stores on Lazada, Qoolife Mall and Shopee.

You may opt for self-collection from Kao Singapore Pte Ltd during office hours# or delivery to your preferred address in Singapore.

#Office hours between 830am – 530pm, excluding lunch hour from 12noon – 1pm.

If you opt for delivery, please allow 5 - 6 weeks for processing and delivery lead time.

Your Merries® rewards points will be valid for 6 months upon being awarded.

For e.g. 10 Merries® reward points awarded on 1 January 2018 will expire in 6 months on 30 June 2018.

Merries® reward points are non-transferable.
